Performers should arrive at the venue in their outfits NO LATER than 2PM. Check-In with Jeet when you arrive.

Doors will open to families.

Show Begins
Show will begin at this time. All performers should be seated at the balcony before the show begins.
NO FOOD, BEVERAGES, and GUM allowed in the theatre
Food, beverages, and gum are NOT allowed in the theatre at any time with the exception of plastic bottled water.
Balcony Seating for Performers
All performers will be seated in the balcony. They MUST remain there until it's their turn to perform. After performing, they will return to the balcony until the end of the show.
Trophies
Trophies will be awarded at the end of the show, following a group photo.
