Thank you for being part of the Bhangra Institute family! To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all students, please carefully review the following tuition and attendance policies.

IMPORTANT: Students with unpaid monthly fees WILL NOT be eligible to participate in performances or any academy events until their account is current.

1. Tuition Payments
   • Tuition payments are due on the first of each month.
     • A late fee of $10 will be applied to any payment received after the due date. (No exceptions)

1. • Tuition can be paid via Zelle, Venmo, or check (No cash). If paying by check, please give it to the instructor before the first class of the month begins.
     • Zelle: Jatinder Verma (209) 485-7012
       • You can setup automatic payments via Zelle. Just enable “Make payment recurring” option to avoid late fee.

   • Please make sure to include your child’s name in the note section when sending payment via Venmo or Zelle.

    

2. Missed Classes
   • If you anticipate missing multiple classes within a month, please notify Jeet before the start of each month.
     • In this situation, paying per class (which is $25/class) might be the better option.
   • No payment adjustments will be made after the monthly payment has been processed.

    

3. Extended Absences
   • If your child will be absent for more than a couple of weeks, please notify Jeet as soon as possible.
   • Failure to notify us may result in your child’s spot in the class being offered to another student.

    

4. Refund Policy
   • Tuition payments are non-refundable.
   • We understand emergencies happen. While we don’t offer refunds or payment adjustments, you’re welcome to make up the missed class in another session, depending on space availability.
